Google acquired mobile handset manufacturer Motorola has now announced the release of its most discussed and awaited android based smartphone Motorola Droid RAZR. As per the announcement, this Motorola smartphone Droid RAZR is the slimmest smartphone handset till date in the history of
smartphones. As per the announcement made by Motorola, this handset is even slimmer than its rival handset makers Samsung Galaxy S II. Well this android based device is approximately 7.1 mm, which is surely the slimmest size of a smartphone that you might have ever heard.
Well let’s have a look a quick look on some of its features and specification and finally a review. Well first of all let’s talk about its hardware specification and quality. The outer body of this device is made up of Kevlar which is quite effective for enhancing its body strength; this means you can ensure that this handset can withstand many minor injuries due to mishandling of the device. Not only this, Kevlar protection will ensure that the it will be resistant to water and will be dust proof.
Talking about its system configuration, It will run on OMAP 4430 – 1.2 GHz dual core processor. This device consists of virtual memory of 1 GB RAM which is really whooping high. As already mentioned before, this smartphone is powered by Google’s own operating system Android version 2.3 Gingerbread. The power to this smartphone is supported by 1800mAh battery.
One of its most appealing features is its one software based application known as Smart Actions. As the name suggests, the application is really smart since it help enhance the life of your handset because it performs its operation by automatically switching off the utilities which uses the power of the device like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.
