Samsung Galaxy Note – Features and Review.
In previous review about Samsung we had discussed about Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 and in some other related reviews we had discussed about Samsung galaxy Y and Nexus smartphone.
But this post is about the newest launch by Samsung under its Galaxy Category of smartphone brands, as is visible in the title of this post we shall be covering the features and specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note and finally we shall be giving a review based on our opinion on this phone.
First of all we shall discuss about its hardware specifications. Well this device seems to be light in weight weighing just around 178 grams. The thickness of this device measures around 9.65mm, which makes it quite appealing in nature which can be seen in the image provided below.
When the configuration of Galaxy smartphones are concerned then you might have noticed that every model is having a processor of more than 1 GHz, so similar to all those previous models, Samsung Galaxy Note is also equipped with a high end processor of 1.4 GHz. When the question comes about its virtual memory, then it is not less than a computer having a virtual memory of 1 GB RAM.
Similar to all other galaxy smartphones, this will also run on Google’s Android platform version 2.3 Gingerbread. One exclusive feature provided here is an advanced pen input technology which has been promised to enhance the user experience since it uses a Smart pen which is being called as ‘Stylus’. This stylus pen input technology is different from the other previous old versions of pen input technology since it uses the many more styles and cases which has been specifically designed to enhance the user creativity and ideas.
Talking about its multimedia features, it is having a tough Super AMOLED HD display screen of 5.3 inch. Talking about its camera, it is having two cameras in it. While the primary camera is of 8 Megapixel with LED flash, the secondary camera is of 2 Megapixel.
In addition to all those features, it provides the user the use of the ‘S-Choice’ category of apps in the Samsung Apps store, which has been launched recently exclusively for this device having ‘Smart Pen’ feature.
Well this Samsung handset is priced at around Rs 35000 (exactly its Rs 34990) in India, which is quite near to the Samsung Galaxy S I and II smartphone prices. Well as per our opinion this phone is well and good and will definitely beat the other previous version Galaxy especially the S and S-II versions.
