Yesterday Apple did its annual flagship launch wherein it unveiled 3 new smartphones names iPhone Xs, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR.

Let's explore what's new about iPhone Xs series phones compared to previous year's iPhone X model.

iPhone XS similar to its predecessor is having a 5.8 inch Super Retina HD Display along with a 12 MP camera at the back and a 7MP camera at the front. Apart from that there are certain enhancement done over previous year's model. Let's talk about them now.

iPhone XS comes with a A12 Bionic chip which possess a Next Generation Neural Engine compared to its predecessor which had A11 chip.

This time, the new model comes with a 512 GB storage as well while the previous model was available only in 64 GB and 256 GB variant.

One of the important update in this model is its sim capacity. XS comes with 2 Sim slot. One of the Sim slot would come with eSIM in certain supported countries.

The new Model is 3 grams heavier than its predecessor mostly due to battery weight. XS weighs around 177 grams compared to 175 grams of X.

The new model is water resistance upto 2 meters for upto 30 minutes while its predecessor was capable of withstanding 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Looking at the prices of the new XS models. IPhone XS is priced at INR 99,000. XS Max is priced at around INR 109,900 while the XR variant is priced at around INR 76,900.
